We have twin teen girls, a 9 year old girl with a medical/physical disability, a 6 year old boy, and expecting a baby girl in Dec. 2010. I love to feature any fitness/weight loss items and post regularly about weight loss. I do most of my exercising at home with dvd programs, or using the Wii.
