- 10am broccoli slaw, string cheese 16 oz water
- 12pm tuna fish, pickle, miracle whip on triscuit crackers, 8oz water, cranberry/choc chip muffin
- 5pm salad, muscle milk lite bar 16 oz water
- 7pm lasagna 16 oz water
