I want to keep participating in Mamavation group...which has been slacking in its self. I have been more tired, and just reading on the computer has been very tiring. So I havent been on twitter or commenting as much...but hopefully that will get better.
For me...I am not going to be posting weigh ins, as I do not want to focus really on my weight. I do need to stay committed to not gaining tons of weight though...so I am going to try to exercise some more(more than I have the last few weeks)...and eat healhty. The past weeks have had their ups and downs with that. Being tired...and really hot this past week, I havent done a lot of exercising. I need to get over that and get moving. Eating has been tough. I have wanted more junk...and need to get out of that too. Well I got down to a 12 for a few weeks...but am back to the 14. I need to eat healthy and get rid of the junk food. It is so hard when that stuff is on sale with the holidays. So please encourage me to eat good stuff and get rid of the bad! For exercise I think I am going to stick with doing some Wii stuff, with strength training and walking type activities. I know I need to stay in shape(or get in better shape) as I will still have to do quite a bit of lifting through out this pregnancy. I am glad to be able to share this time with some other Mamavation Moms that have recently found out they were pregnant too! Also love listening to Kia who is due soon! She has been a great motivation pregnant and not!
