I still have not been good with my eating either, but did tell my husband that I was no longer going to have any soda. He told me "yeah right"...so now the challenge is on. I also have been thinking about/getting myself motivated for New Years. I started my weight loss challenge as a New years resolution and it went really well...so I figure that would be a great time to start up again, then I dont have to feel guilty for enjoying these last few weeks. I have had others say why not start now, but you know sometimes you just "know" when it isnt going to work, and right now isnt going to work for me. It will just make me feel guilty and bad about myself when I eat too much or dont get in some exercise...so that is why I am waiting it out.
One thing I have been doing right now is wearing my exerwalks by earth footwear. I figure at least if I am out walking around (doing Christmas shopping or such) I could at least be getting a little extra help by wearing them!
So my goals for this week are to 1. wear my exerwalks whenever I leave the house 2. get in some workouts by doing housework. and 3. NO soda!
You know what? All you have to do is what feels right for you. You're growing a person, for pete's sake. I think you've got great goals and I am sure you can attain them!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.

ReplyDeleteGreat goals! You're in the homestretch of pregnancy now, sometimes just cleaning the house and doing the stairs is more than enough to get your heart rate up! Do what you can and be mindful of your eating and you'll get through these last weeks :)
ReplyDeleteSo proud of you for making a no soda goal!! You and your baby will benefit from that. Not much longer, hang in there!
ReplyDeleteGood luck on the soda! I actually thought it would be harder for me when I ditched it, but it really wasn't that bad. You can do it!
ReplyDeleteFunny how one small comment from hubby can make the competitor in us come out. You go girl and show him that you can do without soda!! Good luck with your goals this week. I think they look fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI like to count my house hold chores in my getting fit mode. I can sure work up a sweat scrubbing the tub, lol. Good luck with no soda! Way to go on recommitting.
ReplyDeleteGREAT Goals! You have to listen to your body and are doing a great job with that... number one priority is growing that beautiful baby! I'm still amazed at how effecting the Earthfootwear is! Keep up the great work!
ReplyDeleteScrubbing floors, carpets is great at this stage of pregnancy if using safe cleaning products. Do some cat stretches while on all fours and rotation to open the hips. Do what you can... homestretch!!
