#Mamavation Monday

Well I have not been active at all the past 2 weeks.  The last time I exercised was Wednesday the week before last.  Sitting at the hospital makes it pretty impossible to get much exercise.  Now that we are home I have been so tired I just dont feel like doing much.  I have decided to not bother weighing myself cause that will just make me more upset that I have done nothing.  So my goals this week are to get moving, however possible and eat well....and to show some support for others this week!

I want to thank all my Mamavation sistas for all the tweets, comments and emails with thoughts and prayers for Kennedy and the family!  They mean a lot!
