Are you rough on your eyeglasses?

I have a terrible habit of being rough on my  eyeglasses .  My husband is always yelling at me because I will fall asleep with my glasses on.  I have bent some and had some older pairs where the lenses fell out often because of it.  I just hate looking for my glasses in the morning or during the night.  I tend to watch tv while going to bed and I cant see without my glasses.  Last week I couldnt imagine not wearing my glasses while I was sleeping, as I was up several times a night checking on Kennedy....If I wasnt wearing my glasses I would have to get up and go to her instead of just peaking over.  So while my habit might be bad, it actually is helpful.
