For my accomplishments...I finished another week of Kettleworx workout. Wednesday I had measured my waist and was down 1.5 inches already after just two weeks! There are three 20 minute workouts(plus warm up and cool down). The resistance and cardio workouts really make you sweat! Friday I did the core workout and could really feel my side stomach muscles getting firmer! While they are working me and I am feeling all these muscles getting the workout, I am loving it too! I am doing the 6 week challenge using this for at least 3 days a week. I cant wait to see my results after the 6 weeks are over. Right now I am on week 3. They do have a diet plan too with it, but I have not included that in my daily schedule, just the workouts.
So here are my stats.....
Today 2/7 180lbs
Last weigh in 2/3 178.5lbs
1 week ago 1/30 180.5lbs
1 month ago 1/4 185
Total lost since beginning 1/09 49lbs
I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
You are doing great overall! Down almost 50 pounds that is truly awesome!! Keep working at it...little by little we all will make it to our destination...Ready to begin a new one!!:)
ReplyDeleteYou'll get there! It's with ups and downs but you have shown you are committed and as you continue on, you'll be a source of inspiration! Great job on working out!
ReplyDeleteDon't be too hard on yourself for having a bad "food" week - we all have them. The important thing is you recognize it and know what you need to do.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the way you have tracked all your stats! That must be so encouraging for you.
Have a great week!
All good, don't sweat the 2 lbs. you got back this week. It could mean you're gaining muscle?. I wished there was no such thing as junk food so we wouldn't have to struggle with the temptation of it. Keep your chin up, you're doing great!
ReplyDeleteMan oh man! I so so so want the kettleworx program! You're doing an amazing job - kee up the good work!
ReplyDeleteWay to go Colleen with the kettle ball workouts. I am sure that is a great workout. And don't beat yourself up about gaining a little back. You are still down .5 from last week. Keep it up, you are still moving forward to your goal!
ReplyDeleteKeep it going. Those workouts look great. Junk food is hard for me to avoid. We can to it together!
ReplyDeleteTry weighing in once a week - same time, same day...if you didn't do that middle of the week weigh in you would have still lost from the week before and it wouldn't be discouraging. Keep it up - kettleworx look fun.
ReplyDeleteYou're doing a great job, Colleen! The workout looks tough, but definitely effective!
ReplyDeleteI hope you survived the Super Bowl without too much junk food. I made sure we had a veggie type appetizer and had soup and sandwiches for dinner. The soup helps you feel full so that you're less likely to reach for the crappy stuff.
Hope you have a great week!
So is Super Bowl Sunday like the start to junk food eaters' lent? I am not teasing you, but being serious. It seems like the prospect of the junk festival works to turn so many people off the bad stuff for a while. Good luck with your goal this week... step away from the junk!!
ReplyDeleteOk, you had a bad few eating days...you will make them up this week! You are still down from a week ago & that is wonderful! Keep up the great work! The Kettleworx sounds awesome!
ReplyDeleteKettleworx sounds awesome! Overall, you're doing great! Even w/the gain, you're down from last week! You'll do wonderful this week!

ReplyDeleteWhat you just described has happened to me so many times. I've lost weight and celebrated a bit too hard and undone the week. Just keep going...you'll be more cautious next time. XXOO
ReplyDeleteAh, going shopping and buying a new size, what an accomplishment! Keep it up, Colleen!
ReplyDeleteWell, you still lost inches, and that's what people notices, so Yay you! If my shoulder's not injured, I would definitely do Kettleworx. It looks like so much fun. I so envy you right now :-) Great job! --- @ImAHotMom
