I received PreHistin to review.  I started taking this as directed, twice a day.  I have been taking it now for 5 days.  It says it takes several weeks to see optimal results, so I will let you know how well it works in a few weeks.  As of now, I do not mind taking it at all.  It comes as small lozenges that taste sugary, somewhat of a fruity,candy flavor.  You just let the lonzenge dissolve in your mouth(dont chew them as then they taste a bit chalky).  I have not felt any side effects.  Some allergy meds have left me tired or with a dry mouth, but not PreHistin.  At this point I have still been a little congested, but that may be a cold/flu symptoms that my children have possibly passed to me.  One plus so far, which may or may not be related, is I have not had one headache since taking PreHistin.  I had a headache every night for 3-4 nights before taking this, and get them often, but have not had one since I started taking PreHistin.  I am hoping this is a good sign!
