MyClyns is currently being used by many rescue and health care personnel.  I think MyClyns is a great product for many "everyday" individuals to keep nearby.  I was given a sample, and am keeping it in my purse for times that I may be exposed due to a person being ill or injured and needing assistance that may leave me exposed.  This is even safe to use on my child, if they are exposed by someone ill. I still keep hand sanitizer handy, as this is not an everyday use type of item. MyClyns is a one time use product. Since the product is being used in a pathogenic exposure situation, they recommend it should be disposed of after use to avoid any cross contamination.  MyClyns should be stored at room temperature. Extreme temperatures, especially freezing, can affect the properties of the product.  So if you decide to get this, keeping it in your vehicle wouldnt be the best place.  If you are like me, you may not need to use this in most situations, so it is nice to know that it has a 2 year shelf life.  So you do not have to be a medical responder or health care professional to have one of these handy.  So like I said before I think this is a great item for the regular you and I to keep handy in emergencies! 

After posting this review I was informed by the distributers that this is now available for consumers.  That the consumer packaging will be a little different.  If you were to use this product when helping somebody at a car accident or something terrible like that,  you wouldn’t want to reuse the product or store it any more. But if you’re at the grocery store and somebody walking in front of you or next to you sneezes and coughs, you can spray your face and your child’s face with 2-3 mists and then put it back in your purse and you’re protected. The only thing different are the directions and the size of the vial (formula is the same). The consumer version is a little bit smaller and the packaging is different. The professional product sells for $19.95 and the consumer is $9.99 and it has 60 mists per vial. 

This was sent at a great time then, as both of my children are sick with fevers right now...so I will most likely be testing this out and will let you know more after I have used this as the "consumer".  What a benefit to have this as a more personal use, or still be able to have it for emergency uses!
