Well I am back at it this week. I have been eating better. I still need some work at portion sizes, but have been doing good about healthy snacks and no late night eating! I also have been using my wii fit for exercising...and have managed to get two of my highest scores on hula hooping and boxing! I am also starting to use the break pal while I am at my computer. I havent used it as much as I want to as I got a new laptop and need to put the widget on that computer. I do like it though. It gives you a great reminder to get up and move while you are at the computer. The exercises are pretty good too. Some that I have done have been sitting ones, but still make you feel like you are increasing your heart rate...and getting that metabolism going. I am happy to say that I am on the losing side again also and am down 1 lb this week!
