Pearl Harbor when we visitted in 2007. There was no way we could go to Hawaii and not visit ...Bob's Grandfather died serving in Pearl Harbor. It was a very emotional day for him there.
I have heard that this is a very moving memorial... we need them because soon no one will still be here to teach us from first hand experience how that day went. My flags are here.
Have been to Hawaii three times but never (yet) to Pearl Harbour. So thanks for allowing me to virtually visit via your photos.
ReplyDeleteHi!
ReplyDeleteAwesome Flags!! My son was there a few years ago. He was very impressed with how they memorized the folks who lost their lives. Have a great day!!
