Man...I went out last night (what is this thing called having a life..lol) and was saying I really shouldnt have this taco after midnight as I have to weigh myself in the morning, but what the heck! Well that was kind of how this week went...I didnt necessarily do terrible...yet didnt eat quite so well this week. Wed and yesterday wasnt as healthy of eating days. Wed. I had McDonalds for lunch as I was out with the kids, then had a pizza party for dinner. So of course I had left over pizza yesterday for lunch, then had to cook up chicken wings for dinner that we had unthawed for the pizza party(that didnt get used)...then I went out had, a couple drinks and a taco. I know today I can be better...and am going to try my hardest Sat and Sun while I am off at a country musical festival to drink water, and not eat anything terrible!
I still did ok exercising. I focused on doing the wii fit, and doing the custom routines with eas active(especially focusing on arms). I have made it to 40 lbs lost!!!! I still have a long way to go, but feel like I am making a difference. Back in 2000 I had lost about 20 lbs and went out and bought a new bathing suit....I only wore that bathing suit that summer, as the following summer I was pregnant with my daughter and after that have just gained. I actually saved that bathing suit...and this is what I am wearing this summer! It is still no where near where I want to be, but I love that I can fit into this bathing suit. I was going to go out and buy a new one...but I figure if I dont this will make me try even harder to be able to buy a smaller one later in the summer.
